Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
• Clients are required to provide a cancellation notice of at least 3 days (72 hours) before needing to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Cancellations should be made by online booking, phone, or text to 2406745190
Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service.
2. No-Show Policy:
• A "no-show" is when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
• A client who "no-show" for their appointment will be charged a no-show fee, which is 100% of the service.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
• Clients may reschedule their appointment with a rescheduling notice of 3 days (72 hours)
without incurring any additional fees.
• Multiple reschedules without adequate notice may result in a rescheduling fee or a deposit requirement for future appointments.
